About Rob Radosti
Rob Radosti isn't exactly your typical minister.
For more than two decades, his life has been anything but conventional. From a past involving Satan worship and the occult to sharing the Gospel in underground clubs, alternative subcultures, and nations around the world, his story has taken some pretty unexpected turns.
Rob is a Christian minister, missionary, musician, writer, and educator whose passion has been to take the love and power of Jesus Christ beyond the four walls of the Church.
From the Occult to Christ
Rob was raised Seventh-day Adventist early in life, but questioned faith when his family fell apart and searched for answers elsewhere.
For approximately six years, he was deeply involved in Satan worship and the occult.
On June 29, 2001, everything changed.
Rob had a life-changing encounter with Jesus Christ, turned away from his former practices, and began following the Lord.
That encounter didn't just change his beliefs. It changed the entire direction of his life.
And having come out of that world himself, Rob developed a particular passion for reaching people who might never feel comfortable walking through the doors of a traditional church.
Taking Jesus Into the Darkness
Messiah's Misfits
In 2007, Rob and his wife, Millie, founded Messiah's Misfits.
It wasn't exactly your typical Christian ministry.
Their heart was to reach people in the underground and alternative subcultures — people who were often misunderstood, judged, or simply overlooked by mainstream Christianity.
Rather than waiting for people to come to church, they went where the people were. Bars. Dark clubs. Underground scenes. Places where you probably wouldn't expect to find a Christian ministry.
Messiah's Misfits was about bringing the Gospel of Jesus Christ into those environments, building genuine relationships, praying with people, and sharing the love of God without requiring people to fit a particular religious image before being welcomed.
For Rob, this wasn't about trying to be edgy or different just for the sake of it. It grew out of his own testimony and the conviction that no person, subculture, or environment was beyond the reach of Jesus Christ.
Those early years helped shape an approach to ministry that has remained with him ever since: go where God leads, love people, preach Christ, and don't be afraid to step outside what's familiar.
From Underground Clubs to 70 Countries
In 2010, Rob and Millie's ministry developed into Kingdom Dwellers International.
What began as an unconventional outreach grew into a worldwide work involving evangelism, missions, teaching, discipleship, Christian communities, and practical service.
Over the years, Rob's ministry work has taken him to 70 countries around the world.
From crowded cities and underground gatherings to villages and communities in vastly different parts of the world, Rob has had opportunities to share the Gospel, serve people, encourage believers, and witness the work of God in some extraordinary circumstances.
Not every experience was glamorous, and not everything went according to plan. But the unexpected journeys, the people, and the wild ways that God showed up along the way are irreplaceable.
Through changing seasons and different expressions of ministry, Rob has continued to carry a passion for the Gospel, international missions, and seeing people encounter Jesus Christ.
Beyond the Ministry World
There's quite a bit more to Rob than preaching and traveling.
He's also a musician, songwriter, writer, and educator. He currently teaches Spanish, guitar, and entrepreneurship.
He loves history, languages, music, different cultures, unusual places, and exploring ancient religious sites and architecture.
His creative interests extend into alternative styles of music, and if you've ever met him somewhere in the world or been to one of his meetings, you know that he's never been particularly interested in fitting the stereotypical image of what a minister is supposed to look or sound like.
Rob and Millie live in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, with their six children.
Still Following Jesus
Twenty-five years after his conversion, Rob is still passionate about the Gospel and letting the Holy Spirit do what the Holy Spirit does best.
He's seen a lot, learned a lot, and had his understanding challenged and expanded along the way.
But at the heart of it all is the same Jesus Christ who changed his life in 2001.
Today, Rob continues to minister, teach, write, create music, and look for opportunities to serve others.
And if there's one thing his journey has taught him, it's that following God doesn't always take you where you expected to go.
Sometimes that's the best part.
